arole Sherman, owner of Bethesda Too, LLC, has been building homes for 25 years, building exclusively in Bethesda since 1998. Since 2002, she has received 10 Awards of Excellence from the Montgomery County Builders Association (MCBA), including the award for Best New Home selling for over $2,450,000 and the 2015 Award for Best New Home.
From 2010-2012, Carole was the first woman president of the MCBA. Twice she has been honored by her colleagues with the John Brawner Memorial Award, given to the individual who has devoted their time, dedication and service to MCBA, the community and the building industry.
Carole received her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and her Masters degree from Stanford.
It is not unusual for Carole to spend 6 to 8 months working with the architect at the beginning of each project, always looking to add luxury features and finishes to each home while never losing sight of the importance of also making every aspect of the house functional for future owners. She is actively involved in designing beautiful homes with superior construction, choosing each and every detail from soap dishes to shingles. Concentrating on design, quality and value, she strives to make each home unique. During the construction process she is onsite every day supervising the building process and looking for ways to to improve upon the design and construction.
